Located in Rockland, we serve clients locally, in Ottawa, in Ontario, in Alberta where we began, across Canada, and the US. Heather Morin started New Dimension Design in 2007, after working for many years in graphic design and then website design. She completed a four-year graphic design education course at Alberta College of Art & Design. She then worked in the newspaper industry, then with a multimedia company. In the late 90’s, she began to learn website development and became a freelance website designer. She helped to start Skyline Design in the Calgary area in 2005, and then made the move to launch her own company in 2007.

New Dimension Design helps small to medium size businesses define, build and expand. We help you reach your business goals mainly through branding, website design, online marketing, and book design.

Rather than pumping out as many projects as possible and then move on to new projects, our ambition is to develop a relationship with each client and partner with them for the long term. This way, we can see the results of our work – and see these clients realize their business goals.

One unfortunate trend we see today is the website developer that is there at the beginning of the project, but who disappears along the way somewhere – in some cases before the project is finished. We are doing our part to change that trend. Today we still have good relationships with many of our clients from our first years in business. New Dimension Design also belongs to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has a perfect A+ rating.

We spend many hours in research and in striving to stay ahead of technology. This includes Google Certifications, workshops, courses, books, and a lot of online research. For most of our website development we use the Wordpress CMS (Content Management System). This platform suits most websites well, is open source technology, and is easy to teach our clients in order to be able to update their own websites.
